The GeoLoketten consortium has developed an open infrastructure for the documentation and exchange of geo-information, with geographical focus on the Netherlands.
ISRIC has participated in meetings concerning methodology development and contributed its international holdings to the subsoil node of Working Package 2 . The metadata, in ISO19195 format, can be consulted on-line and the underlying datasets accessed through the Groene Omgeving metadata portal.
Activities of the GeoPortal consortium, were carried out in the framework of the Dutch "Space for Geo-informatics" (RGI) programme, and co-funded by the former BSIK programme.
