This document describes the payment and refunding policy for participants of the ISRIC training and education courses. Do not pay the registration fees until you have received confirmation of acceptance
Payment for the ISRIC training courses is possible only through a bank-transfer. The costs of transfer must be covered by the applicants otherwise the payment will be considered invalid.
To transfer the registration fees use the following bank details:

The registration fee covers the costs of all course materials and lectures, lunch meals and coffee breaks, and any group event organized by ISRIC. Important: Please mention with your payment the ISRIC course code and your name e.g.: "ISRIC-SS2016_your name", so that we can track your payment safely.
At the end of the training course, each participant will receive a certificate of attendance and a copy of the invoice, which he/she can use to claim their costs within their organization. We typically do not issue certificates or invoices before or during the training school.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via fax, e-mail or regular mail to the ISRIC training organizers. Please fax or email cancellations, if possible, and expect confirmation within 3-5 days.
No refund will be issued for cancellations within 4 weeks before the beginning of the training. For all other information please feel free to contact us.
