ISRIC-WISE global soil profile dataset

• The WISE database provides a homogenized set of primary soil data relevant for a wide range of environmental studies, including agro-ecological zoning, assessments of crop production, soil vulnerability to pollution and soil gaseous emission potentials.
   
• Version 1.1 holds 4382 geo-referenced soil profiles which originate from 123 countries. 
   
• All profiles are classified in the original Legend (1974) and Revised Legend (1988) of FAO-Unesco.
   
• The current dataset includes the 1125 profiles of  the “ISRIC-WISE International Soil Profile dataset”.
   
• The dataset is presented in 'Microsoft Access 2000' format.
