Various soil degradation studies have been conducted by ISRIC including the Global Assessment of Human-induced Soil Degradation (GLASOD), the Assessment of the Status of Human-induced Soil Degradation in South and Southeast Asia (ASSOD) and Central and Eastern Europe (SOVEUR).
Methodologies and study approaches developed during these studies form part of a training course given by ISRIC staff.
