Training and education

One of ISRIC’s key activities is education in soil science and its applications. We offer tailor-made training in the following subjects:

• SOTER and its applications
   
• Refresher and advanced courses in soil science
   
• Soil degradation assessment concepts(ASSOD, GLASOD)
   
• Soil conservation techniques and approaches (WOCAT)
   

Training can be given either at ISRIC or in the country of origin of the trainees. Duration varies between one and four weeks.
